Gives the specified players the specified potion effect. Console must specify at least one player. The list of potion effects is dependent on the Minecraft version. Specify a duration of infinite to make the potion effect last forever (1.19+) or 27.3 minutes which is 32767 ticks (pre 1.19) depending on the version of Minecraft.
